The property has direct access from the gated terrace into the community gardens which are kept to a very high standard. The community pool has 3 sections, 2 of which are quite shallow making them ideal for young children under supervision, and a deeper section ideal for swimming. There is a BBQ for guests to use. This apartment is located within walking distance of the Los Cipreses/El Campanario shopping centres at Calahonda. It is set in lush tropical gardens. The nearest beach is just under a 10 minute walk away, reached via an underpass under the coast road at Calahonda. There are many good beaches all along the coast between Marbella to the west and Fuengirola to the east. There are shops, a bank, bars, restaurants and supermarkets 10 mins walk away.
