The appartment is part of a newly built complex of just 44 apartments located just a few mins from the resort of Altinkum.The complex is very child friendly being completely walled and gated with 24hr on site security and no parking on site,parking is provided fre of charge out side the complex walls.The swimming pool has a seperate child pool and the pool can be seen from both the apartments balconies

Bedrooms
The master bedroom has its own en-suite with large walk in shower,seating area with sofa and chairs,satelite tv system,coffe maker and radio/cd leading onto its own large sun terrace with loungers.
There is also a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom.The sofa in the lounge also converts into a large comfortable double bed.
Bathrooms
The large family shower room is fully equiped with plenty of quality towels

The living room comprises of a large corner sofa with aditional seating,large LCD tv and satelite system,DVD player,ipod/iphone docking station and games console.The living room leads onto the patio area with aditional table and chairs.

A large 19ltr water bottle and welcome pack will be provided free of charge along with fresh linen and towels with enough spare to last for 2 weeks
Suitability
The complex and apartment are very child and family friendly with the pool being very close to the apartment and visible from both balconies.There is a small snack bar serving cool drinks and snacks.2 supermarkets are within a couple of mins walk.The local dolmus(bus)runs past the complex road end every few mins wih a trip into Altinkum costing about 75p.
Local activities
There is a fantastic Aqua Park just a couple of kilometers away which is open from May-September.
The local market at Mavi Sahir opens nightly during the season.The world famous Appollo temple is within walking distance along with many beautiful local beaches.The complexs sister complex at Aegean Heights 1 is just 500 meters away and offers a large restaurant,games area and huge swimming pool and is free to use by all guests.

Getting there
The apartment is about 1hr15mins from Bodrum airport and about 1hr30 from Izmir with plenty of cheap flights from the U/K into both.
Transfers can be arranged and cost from £10 each way per person
