This complex of 40 apartments is situated around landscaped lawned gardens, and a huge swimming pool exclusively for the use of residents. It is ideally situated in a quiet residential part of Son Parc.
Bedrooms
A corridor from the lounge leads to the 2 bedrooms, both with single beds, fitted wardrobes, drawers, bedside lockers and fans. There is also a safe in the master bedroom.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, sink, WC and bidet.
Living room
Sliding french doors lead from the terrace to a good sized lifing-dining room comfotably furnished with two 2-seater sofas, coffee table, TV and DVD, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen
Off the lougen is the kitchen which has a range of modern wood units, and is equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and is fully equipped fro self-catering.

Linen changes are available for an additional 50 €. Beach towels are available for rent at a cost of 3.50 € per towel per week.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential part of Son Parc, yet is within 20 minutes walk of the lovely beach of Son Saura and 5 minutes from the bars, restaurants shops and supermarkets of Son Parc making it a great location for families – and the golf course and driving range keep the grown ups happy!
Local activities
The large swimming pool is next to the apartment complex and open to residents.
There is an 18-hole golf course and driving range in Son Parc.
The beautiful beaches of Arenal D’en Castell and Na Macaret are just 7 minutes away by car.
The Son Saura beach is a 20 minutes walk from the apartment.

Getting there
The apartment is approx. 30 minutes drive from the airport and a taxi will cost about 50 €. We can recommend a good car hire company or airport shuttle service if you don’t want a car – although we think a car is essential.
