Description

Our apartment is 5 mins from the excellent local bars, cafes and restaurants but just far enough away as not to spoil your holiday relaxation. Within minutes there is a supermarket and taxi rank for your convenience. 10 mins from the apartment and you are in Los Cristianos Town with its 2 lovely beaches and its array of excellent shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Sunday is Market day in Los Cristianos town and very popular.
Playa de las Americas is only a short ride away or an enjoyable walk along the seafront. In Playa de las Americas you will find even more designer shopping, eating and late night bars.

Master bedroom has en-suite facility comprises of new king size bed with ample wardrobe and drawer space, bedside lights and newly installed ceiling fan. French doors leading direct onto the double width terrace which has pool, mountain and sea views.

En-suite in master bedroom offers WC, full size bath with power shower over, mirror and vanity sink unit with marble surface. Shaver socket.

House bathroom offers WC, double size walk in power shower (suitable for children and those with limited mobility) mirror, vanity sink unit and shaver socket. Hairdryers suplied.

Living room

Lounge area has 2 leather sofas, flat screen TV which receives english/sky channels, DVD player, ipod dock station and CD/radio. Newly installed ceiling fan. French doors lead onto double width terrace with pool, mountain and sea views.

Kitchen

This newly installed modern open plan kitchen with granite work surfaces offers touch control ceramic halogen hob, extractor fan, electric under oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Breakfast bar with stools.

Other rooms

The double width terrace which remains in the sun until sunset has pool, mountain and sea views and offers 2 retractable awnings for those wishing to escape the sun, sun loungers, recliners and table and chairs .

Description of amenities

Linen and towels are supplied (not pool towels). The apartment is cleaned for your arrival and when you depart. For those staying for longer periods additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge. We can also provide additional linen/towels but this would also incurr an additional charge. Please inform at time of booking if you require any additional cleaning or linen/towles.
The complex also offers a Reception area with internet access where you can also book excursions or hire a car.
Onsite Laundery facilities are available (tokens available from reception).
Pool which is heated in winter offers to guests free sun loungers and parasols.

Suitability

Not suitable for the 18 to 30’s type holiday maker.
We can offer a discount for retired couples wanting to get away for longer periods.
The apartment is located in the centre of the complex and is accessible without the use of steps.

Local activities

Los Cristianos offers an array of activities to suit all age groups from beaches and watersports to whale and dolphin watching excursions. The fantastic Siam Park Water Park which also offers a free bus service. A visit to Mount Teide National Park which is only 30 mins away is a must. Further afield is Lorro Park in Santa Cruz, the islands capital, which also offers designer shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in abundance.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. The full balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. We require by separate cheque a breakages bond of £150. Cancellations will incurr a charge. Additional cleaning,linen/towels can be provided but will incurr additional charges. Inform at time of booking please.

The price per week includes all linen/towels (not pool towels) and the cleaning of the apartment for your arrival and when you depart.

Getting there

Tenerife South airport is 15 mins in a taxi which will cost approx 20 euros. Car hire is available at the airport and resort but not essential.
