The apartment is on a beautifully maintained complex whcih is conveniently located within 15 minutes walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach. Comfortably furnished and fully air conditioned with a large communal swimming pool, separate childrens pool, mini golf, childrens play park, cafe/bar, giant chess set. The apartment is first floor with air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, Satellite TV, DVD. It is ideal for easy access to the good sized pool whilst still being set back from the poolside. The balcony enjoys views over the complex and surrounding mountains.

Living room

A large corner sofa unit opens out to form a double bed ideal for two people. A coffee table with storage and TV cabinet complete this open plan living area.

Kitchen

The open plan kitchen has ample storage space, a toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The cooker is both gas and electric with an oven and suitable for cooking family meals. All crockery and cutlery is provided.

Other rooms

There is a dining table which seats 6 people when fully opened.
Balcony furniture consists of 2 reclining sunbeds and a table with four chairs and parasol.

The apartment contains all you will require for a self catering holiday. Bedlinen, towels, crockery and cutlery. The site is ideal for families and couples alike with enough activity to feel like a warm and homely environment without being too noisy so that you can enjoy the sun in peace.

Water and electricity NOT included within above prices – to be paid locally at the end of your stay, by meter reading or an advance set amount agreed prior to your holiday.

£50 deposit required at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to start of holiday.

Suitability

Not suitable for anyone with a severe mobility disability as there are steps to the first floor.
Children must be supervised on the balcony. We do not accept any liability for any accidents.
