Home Description

The apartment is larger than average with a very comfortable living area and plenty of seating, a dining area is at one end with a hatch to the well equipped kitchen. There is air conditioning in the main living area and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Central heating is also provided for those chilly Spanish winter nights. Master bathroom has a bath with shower, bidet, wash basin and toilet, the second bathroom has a wash basin, toilet and a shower cubicle. Both bathrooms have natural light. The two bedrooms can either have singles or doubles to suit the needs of the client. Ample storage space for clothing is provided.
You can watch the golf as it unfolds on the 4th, 5th, 6th greens from the terraces.
At the back, there is also a small terrace of the bedrooms for that early breakfast or late drink with views to the hills and the 3rd Tee box.
The golf course is an 18-hole par 72 course. It is one of the longest in the region and is part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail provided by Polaris World in Murcia, Spain.
There are generous amounts of pools and children’s play areas with the nearest pool directly next to the apartment. There is a sports area with Tennis courts, paddle courts and 5 aside football pitch.
Underground secure parking is provided with access to the apartment by a lift or the staircase. There are temporary facilities on site, Bar, Golf Shop and Supermarket, which is well stocked. The new Town Centre is in progress and expected to have some facilities open mid 2010, but all you want is only a 5-minute drive from the resort to a town called Sucina.

Bedrooms

Bedrooms can have either twins or doubles to suit the guest party, ample wardrobe space is provided.Both berdrooms have access to a small terrace with seating.

Bathroom 1 has a full size bath, with power shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet
Bathroom 2 has a shower cubicle with power shower, wash basin and toilet.

Living room

Relax in front of the 32” flat screen TV and watch your favourite soaps or a DVD (there is a small selection for guests) or listen to your music on the IPod dock (will also take other MP3 players) There is a selection of books and games for use by the guests and you are free to take a book which you have not finished provide you replace it.
There is a dining table and chairs which is located at one end of the living room and tehre is a hatch to the kitchen.

The very large (32m2) covered terrace has outside seating and dining facilities and fantastic views, the open terrace also (32m2) is the place to enjoy the sun and is completely private and not overlooked words can not justify the size and views. Sun loungers are provided for guests and there are lightweight loungers to take to the pool area which can be viewed from the terrace, it’s only a few steps away.
