Bedrooms
The bedroom has two single beds, chest of drawers, ceiling fan, large fitted mirrored wardrobes, one bedside drawer unit and patio doors on to the balcony.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a bath/shower with shower curtain, WC and bidet. Vanity unit with shaver point, mirror. A hair dryer and straighteners are available.
Living room
The lounge contains sturdy wooden furniture, a dining table with four chairs, central coffee table, small side table, ceiling fan and double sofa bed. There is a DVD/CD player and TV with Euro Sports, BBC World, CNN and Sky News, ITV1, Channel 4 and BBC1 and 2. Patio doors access the balcony.
Kitchen
The separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Other rooms
The large balcony has a table and four chairs (two recliners) all with cushions.
A safe is also installed in the apartment.
There is a travel cot available for which guests will need to bring their own bedding.
Description of amenities
Washing and drying facilities are available next to reception, for which there is a small charge.
Guests will need to take their own continental electricity adaptors.
Suitability
There is direct lift access to the apartment as well as two glass enclosed lifts from the reception down the the lower pool and restaurant areas. All areas have ramp access if required.
Local activities
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Granada Park is at the Eastern end of Las Americas golf course. The club house is approximately 15 mins walk.
The complex has two pool tables, mini golf, children’s playground and an air soccer table adjacent the bar.
There are a large number of excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride.
Tenerife is popular with divers and there are a number of excellent diving instructors, either for beginners or qualified divers. (The owner can recommend a dive centre if required)

If required arrangements can be made for extra cleaning and linen change during a two week or more rental period, for an additional cost of £45/extra cleaning and change. All provisional enquires will be held for 7 days prior to receipt of booking deposit.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and the apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and will be required to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning, subject to continuous letting, (please enquire at the time of booking).

Getting there
Renia Sofia, Tenerife South Airport is a 20 min taxi ride away and will cost about 20-25 euros. However, there are a number of reasonably priced car hire companies all with easy collection and return facilities at the airport. Most of these can be booked on-line.
