The apartment was completed in 2007 and is beautifully furnished with matching units. We are only a 5 mins walk from local bars, restaurants of international cuisine, supermarkets, internet café and more. Only 15-20 min walk you will find ‘The golden mile’ of Cabo Roig. A mile long stretch full of bars, restaurants and gift shops. The town of Torrevieja is only a 15-20 mins drive from Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is surrounded by 2 large natural salt lakes; it’s said to be good for arthritis, asthma and rheumatism. There are also over 250 different bird species. Torrevieja also has a Friday market, the biggest market in the area selling fresh fruit, veg, clothes, toys etc. In the summer months there’s a craft market with pottery, leather goods, ceramic and carved art from Africa. The night market is situated along the marble promenade overlooking the harbour. There are 3 water parks the nearest being only 20 mins drive away. The Theme Park Terramitica is only an hour’s drive.

The apartment will always be ready for you on arrival. Towels, linen, are all provided. Cleaning and linen change are available on request at a small charge.The apartment has air conditioning in the main lounge and the main bedroom (charge Per Week £25 payable at balance stage), there is also a free standing fan that can be moved around. The air conditioning also doubles up as heating in the winter.

Description of amenities

The beautiful, safe Cabo Roig beach is within 7 minute drive and 20 minute walk. The beach is extremely clean with a beach bar. The beach is very safe for children. There are water sports available on the beach from May to October.Known as the golden mile in Cabo Roig is 10 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car. There is a selection of restaurants and bars for all tastes and ages.There is a large supermarket, family bars and restaurants within 150 yard walk. Banks, car hire and go kart racing are found on the golden mile.

Suitability

As the apartment is on the ground floor, it is ideal for guests with mobility problems.The apartment has its own large private garden. The garden is north facing so you have the sun all day in the garden but does not shine into the apartment keeping it cool.
