Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is furnished to a high standard & offers everything you need for a super holiday. Each apartment has access to a beautiful 250m² shared pool, children’s pool & play area. There is a small poolside cafe/bar serving drinks & snacks. Yalikavak village, beach & harbour are approx 750 metres away which is a pleasant stroll or short bus ride away. Should you get bored of tranquillity Bodrum is easily accessible via the local Dolmus (bus) service.

Bedrooms
Each bedroom has either 1 double bed with storage or 2 singles, a double wardrobe, bedside tables & lamps, 2 sets of bed linen.

The bathroom is fully tiled & has a toilet, shower, washbasin, mirror & shaver point.
Living room
The Living room has 2 large 3 seater cream suede effect bedsettes with storage, coffee table, T.V., DVD player and standard lamp.
Kitchen
The Kitchen/Dining area is fully equipped with tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, washer, dishwasher, iron/ ironing board, toaster, pans, crockery, cutlery & an extendable dining table with 4 chairs.

On the large shaded terrace there is patio table with 4 chairs & 2 relaxing chairs which is surrounded by gardens & lovely mediterranean shrubs.
There are mosquito nets fitted to all windows & doors & each room also has a ceiling fan.
Electricity, bed linen, towels, tea towels & beach towels are included in rental price.
Description of amenities
The communal area has a beautiful swimming pool complete with parasols & cushioned sunbeds. There is a children’s pool, play areawith slide & swing, chess & mini golf etc. The cafe/bar serves drinks, snakes & icecream. The resort has on site security and the perimeter is walled. Adjacent to the complex is a small area with serveral excerise machines. The local bus runs every hour & stops outside the gate.
Suitability
The apartment is great for adults but also it’s a very child friendly resort
Local activities
YALIKAVAK has a relaxed & friendly atmosphere where locals mix with visitors. The small harbour is lined with traditional Turkish restaurants and in high season these café/bars and tavernas are the focus of laid-back evening entertainment. There is a traditional Windmill, some 300 years old, opened as restaurant.
A typically Turkish market is held every Thursday.
Yalikavak is a small fishing village where lazy days revolve around the harbour, sunbathing on one of the tiny beaches, or taking one of the daily boat trips available, to some of the many bays around. These boat trips are a very enjoyable & cheap day out with all food included.
For the more energetic there are a couple of new tennis courts & a tennis/ fitness club in the village.
There is also a fabulous, very smart, new Marina, complete with supermarket, shops, bistro, cafes & amphitheatre.
15mins stroll into the village, watersport can be found with windsurfing, sailing etc available.
Around the area there is an abundance of walking or cycling & bikes are can be hired locally.
Nearby is 9 hole Golf course & horseriding. Also within 20mins is a Turkish Hamam & a Waterpark.
The area has many archaeological sites many within an hour from Bodrum, among them are Labranda, Euromos, and Lasos, slightly
further afield is the breathtaking Ephesus.

Getting there
Bodrum airport (BJV) is approximately 45 mins drive away & transfers or car hire can be arranged for you.
