2 Bedroomed apartment on family friendly site, with panoramic views of the Aegean sea and the mountains behind it. A short stroll will take you to Yalikavak village. This well kept village boasts a restaurant for every taste and caters for every nationality.
The complex has a large communal outdoor swimming pool with separate children’s pool and play area. Crazy golf, cafe/snack bar, 24 hour on-site security.
Ours is a 1st floor apartment with fabulous views of the mountains and the Aegean Sea.
The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and is a real home from home experience. It is fully air conditioned/heated. Bed linen, and towels are provided however guests are required to bring their own towels for Beach/Pool.
The living room has lounge seating for up to 6 people, with a TV, DVD and selection DVDs if you choose to have a night or two at home relaxing with one of the many movies provided for guests. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, anything from a quick snack to a full Sunday roast. Cookery utensils and dining facilities are provided for 8 people.
The owner would be prepared to provide Free Airport transfers from the airport to the door of the apartment for guest bookings of 4 weeks or more (depending on demand and availability)

The living room has lounge seating for up to 6 people, with a TV, DVD and selection DVDs if you choose to have a night or two relaxing with a movie.
The Ipod docking system will charge your Ipod and allow you to listen to your own music selection.

A full range of kitchen equipment is available, blender, microwave, pots, pans, and place settings for 8 people.

The apartment has a large outdoor balcony, with patio table and chairs which allows you to enjoy the spectacular garden and sea views.
Children require supervision at all times when in the swimming pool and on the balcony of the apartment
Description of amenities
A travel cot (which has only been used once) is available for use by families with young children. It can also be used on the balcony area for peace of mind while you sunbathe. Please give us prior notice if you require this and we will arrange to have the cot in your room on the first night.
Towels and linen included within the above rates. However you should bring your own beach towels
Water and electricity used during your staty are NOT included within our weekly rates – these can be paid locally at the end of your stay, by meter reading or an advance set amount can be agreed prior to your holiday. This usually equates to £20-£25 in high season there are no hidden or additional charges for airconditioning.
£50 deposit required at time of booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to start of holiday.
We can also arrange for a welcome pack to be available for your arrival, cost to be paid locally.
The apartment is clean, welcoming and very well maintained.
The complex has a call box, phone cards can be purchased on site.

Local activities
Watersports water skiing, sailing etc are available May – October. For those who like to walk or cycle Yalikavak offers a full range of options, from hill walking to a gentle stroll along the seafront.
Alexander Hills is a 10 minute stroll from the new Port Yalikavak Marina with its shops, cafes, bistros and seafront gardens and the small town of Yalikavak with its many restaurants and the occasional disco bar, although the general atmosphere is quiet, unhurried and relaxed. There are many shops in this very friendly village and a weekly market which sells a large variety of fruit, vegetables and clothing.
There are many boat trips available from the harbour to interesting and picturesque locations. Scuba diving, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, cycling and horse riding are popular and easily available. The local Aqua Park is only 20 minutes by car or dolmus.
Day trips can be purchased locally, to the ancient Roman city of Ephesus, as well as to Pamukkale which is one of the worlds natural wonders.
There are many local Turkish baths in which you can experience the traditional turkish scrub and massage.

Deposit for use of Aircondioning/Heating Units £20 per week of stay. This deposit will be deducted from Water/Electric Bill at end of stay. Average electric water bill for 1 week in summer £20 -£25 depending on number of guests and their useage.
Booking deposit of £50 payable at time of booking with remainder due 8 weeks before arrival.
Getting there
Yalikavak is approximately 30 miles from Bodrum Airport (BJV). The owner will provide contact details for Airport transfers which cost £65.00 Stg (RETURN TRIP) for a party of up to 4 persons at time of booking.
Flights direct from Dublin and Cork with www.sunworld.ie, www.panorama.ie, also from Belfast and all UK airports with Exel, Monarch, Thomsonfly, Onur, First Choice, Airtours and A1travel. Turkish Airlines also operate an all year round scheduled service from Dublin to Istanbul with connecting flights to Bodrum.
