Description

The villa consists of 3 apartments.1 × 2 bedroom and 2 × 3 bedrooms. The 2 bedroom and 1 of the 3 bedrooms interconnect to make one whole floor while the other 3 bedroom is groundfloor which makes it ideal for elderly people or with limited mobility. Close to all shops,bars,restaurants. Sandy beach 5 mins away with car.
The villa can be rented whole with private pool or as separate apartments sharing the pool.
BBQ and outside shower near the pool.
A mature garden with lemon,orange and other fruit trees, palm trees, surrounds the villa.
Plenty of parking outside the villa or in driveway although a car is not a necessity.
Air Condition(optional) in every bedroom operated by pre paid cards available from the owner on arrival.

The 2 bedroom upstairs has 1 double bed and 2 single beds.
The 3 bedroom upstairs has 6 single beds
The 3 bedroom groundfloor has 1 double and 4 single beds.
Extra beds are available in any of the apartments.

The 2 bedroom has 1 bathroom with bath and shower
The 3 bedroom upstairs has 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath and shower and 1 with shower
The 3 bedroom groundfloor has 2 bathrooms,1 with bath and 1 with shower.

Living room

Every apartment has its own living area with sofas and TV with Cable (free of charge). Telephone and wifi internet.

Kitchen

All apartments has a fully fitted kitchen, complete with dishwashers, microwave,washing machines,kettle, iron, ironboard,pots,pans, and all cutlery, plates etc.

Other rooms

All bedrooms lead out to the balconies. The 3 bedroom groundfloor has a large patio infront of the apartment.
All apartments has garden furniture on every balcony or patio to enjoy dining al fresco.
