Our luxury one bedroomed penthouse apartment is furnished to a high standard.

The lounge has 2 comfortable setees with nice lamps to give a nice ambiance in the evening. There is also a tv with British channels and a dvd player.The British TV Channels consist of: BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5. The Satellite Channels consist of: Sky Sports1, Discovery Channel, a movie channel and UKTV Gold. We also have a cd and radio cassette player.

The apartment has two large sun terraces, a 20 square metre terrace with access from both the lounge and the bedroom and a 40 square metre private roof terrace which benefits from all day sun. Both of which look over one of the swimming pools. Both terraces have a table, 4 chairs and a parasol, the private roof terrace also has 2 sun loungers.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has twin beds both with bedside cabinet and lamp. There are also built in wardrobes. It also has double patio doors which lead to the 20m2 terrace.

Bathrooms

There is a large fully tiled luxury shower room with shower, WC, bidet and sink.

Living room

The open plan lounge has a three seater and two seater sofa. The three seater can also be used as a sofa bed. At the side of both sofa’s are a nest of tables with lamps which help create a nice atmosphere in the evening.

Kitchen

Our fully fitted kitchen includes everything you will require for your self catering holiday, including oven with hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and breakfast bar with stools.

Other rooms

Our utility room, just inside the front door is fitted with a washing machine.
