This new development is situated in the countryside, approached by a `white road`off the main road.Convenienly located mid way between Florence and Rome with easy motorway/rail access.The local medieval village is just ten minutes away- where you can buy superb organic produce and enjoy great food at the local restaurants and the larger towns of Fabro and Orvieto (both motorway exits) are about 20 mins drive. There are larger supermarkets here as well.Guests can`t get over how they can dine out at under €10 per person and not forgetting the great local wines at under €2 per bottle
Day trips to Florence and Rome are very popular with our guests- about an hour on the `rapido` train will get you to the heart of the cities. Exploring by car is the popular way of discovering this area and seeing the beautiful towns of Siena,Assisi,Montepulciano,Perugia etc.
All in all, a perfect place to stay to enjoy `la dolce vita` and immerse yourself in the art and culture and wonderful food and wine of this `green heart` of Italy
