Description

This lovely one bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people and has wonderful sea views, even from well back inside the apartment. It also enjoys views of the beach and pool from the balcony. The complex is well maintained with security gates and a lovely pool with a separate pool for young children. There are lifts to all floors.

The complex is located on the borders of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas and only 2 minutes walk from Playa de las Americas. It is perfect, as you can walk along the promenade in either direction towards of the posh part of Las Americas or in the other direction into Los Cristianos, only 5 minutes either way.

There are 2 single beds, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and large built in wardrobes with mirrored doors.

Bathrooms

The newly refurbished bathroom features a bath with shower overhead, sink and WC.

Living room

There are 2 single sofabeds in the living area, TV with English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4, a DVD player, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes a 4-ring hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, iron/ironing board, kettle and toaster.

The balcony has patio furniture including a table and chairs and sun loungers

Description of amenities

Linen and towels are provided and changed weekly, but guests must bring their own beach towels.

Suitability

There are lifts to all floors, but the apartment has not been adapted for wheelchair users in the sense that there is a bath and the doors are a standard width.
