Description
This apartment is ideally situated for those looking for a relaxing beach holiday or for the more adventurous who enjoy water sports, walking or golf. The village of Burgau is loacted on the edge of a national part and is surrounded by many coastal paths and walkways. Burgau is a good base to explore the western Algarve and is situated 5 min drive from Luz and 15 minutes away form Lagos.

Bedrooms
The master bedroom consists of a double bed, console table, drawers and side table. There is also a double built in wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of two single beds, console table and built in wardrobe. Both rooms have hair dryers and mirrors and are finished to a high standard.

White bathroom suite with over shower. Bidet.
Living room
Two, two seater brown leather sofas, sideboard, coffee table, rug, lamp, Satellite TV, foot stool, DVD/CD player. Glass dining table with seating for four people. Blinds on all windows. Tastefully decorated and of good quality.
Kitchen
New Zanussi oven, hob and extractor fan. Microwave with grill, fridge, kettle and toaster. Well equipped with good quality crockery, utensils, glasses and pans.
Description of amenities
Linen and towels provided. Smoke alarm fitted. Safe deposite box available. Apartment cleaned and new linen/towels changed weekly.
Suitability
The apartment is located on the first floor of a four storey block containing just seven apartments. No lift.
Local activities
There are a number of good quality golf courses open to visitors within a short drive of Burgau. These include Boa Vista, Palmares, Parque de Floresta and Penina. Area renowned for surfing along many of the local beaches. Boat and adventure trips available. There are a number of surf, diving and snorkeling schools located along the Western Algarve coast which offer a number of courses. Ideal location for those who love walking with many beautiful scenic coastal paths.

Prices for the apartment are per week in UK pounds.
Discounts apply for extended stays. Short lets of 5 days or more will also be considered on request. A 20% premium for Christmas and New year week applies. Additional charges of £25 a week apply for heating during the months of November to January.
Getting there
Faro airport is located approx 60 miles (95km) from Burgau and takes approx 1 hour by car along the A22 motorway. There are several companies that offer shuttle bus transfers from approx 20 euros per person each way. Taxis are also an alternative, costing approx 70 euros each way. A train service operates between Faro and Lagos. There is a cheap and reliable bus service from Burgau to Luz and Lagos.
