Bedrooms
The main bedroom has a king sized bed, dressing table with drawers and mirror, ceiling fan, large fitted mirrored wardrobes with built in safe, two bedside drawer units and patio doors on to the front balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds with dressing table and wardrobes and access to the front balcony.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom has a bath/shower with screen, WC and bidet. Free standing vanity unit with shaver point, mirror and hair dryer. The ensuite bathroom for the second bedroom has a shower,WC & bidet,and vanity unit with mirror. shaver point, hair dryer.
Living room
The lounge has furniture,a dining table and a sofa. There is a DVD/CD player and large flat screen TV, with Euro Sports, BBC World, CNN and Sky news, ITV1, BBC1 and BBC2.play station 2,Patio doors access the front balcony.
Kitchen
The large separate fitted kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker and ceramic hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave toaster and kettle,blender

Balcony has table 4 chairs, 4 sunbeds, 2 side table,airbeds etc for water sports in pool.
Description of amenities
NB. All prices are in £ sterling and based on 2/4 people sharing.
For and extra third or fourth person in the apartment there will be an additional charge of £25/child (over 10 years old) and £35/adult to allow for linen change. If required arrangements can be made for extra cleaning and linen change during a two week or more rental period, for an additional cost of £45/extra cleaning and change. All provisional enquiries will be held for 7 days prior to receipt of the booking deposit.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible and the apartment will be available from 3pm on the date of arrival and will be required to be vacated by 11am on the day of departure to allow for cleaning etc, subject to continuous letting, (please enquire at the time of booking)
Local activities
The apartment is within easy walking distance to the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.
Granada Park is at the Eastern end of Las Americas golf course. The club house is approximately a 15mins walk around the back of the course.
The complex has a pool table, mini golf, childrens playground, table football and an air soccer table adjacent the bar.
There are a large number of excellent restaurants within a short taxi ride. In the apartment there is a book containing a list of contact numbers and locations.
Tenerife is popular with divers and there are a number of excellent diving shops with instructors, either for beginners or qualified divers.

Getting there
Renia Sofia, Tenerife South Airport is a 20min taxi ride away and will cost about 20euros. However, there are a number of reasonably priced car hire companies, all with easy collection and return facilities at the airport. Most of these can be booked on-line and in most cases, payment is only required upon arrival.
