Fantastic Three Bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment, situated in the quaint and spainish village of Jalon (aka Xalo) in the Northern Costa Blanca.

Famous for its wine, fields of almond blossom and citrus trees, fiestas, cycling and walking.

The property is in the centre of the village, and offers plenty of places to walk to for eating and drinking without having to drive. A local supermarket, bakery, Pharmacy plus many other shops offers all you could wish for.

The village has a variety of interesting restaurants and bars, a different one for every night, but not in the Benidorm style !!!

A daily menu ranges from 8 to 15 Euros for a three course meal including drinks.

A very large Lounge & dining room (35 foot), has two settees, Sky TV (No BBC or ITV), dining table and six chairs.

The front terrace looks onto the Town Hall square, and gets plenty of sun through the day.
There is a local pool only a few minutes walk away and costs only 1.20 euro for the day.

There is 3 large Bodegas in the village where you can buy a litre of wine for 40 pence. They are very popular and coaches visit for the tours of them.

The property is ideal to visit the local area, including Terra Mitica (Spains Disneyland), Aqualandia (Water Park) and Terra Nautica (Zoo) all near Benidrom 30 minutes away, and the costal areas of Moraira, Calpe, Javea & Denia.

Why not take a Boat trip to Ibiza from Denia only about 45 mins on the Boat.

Or take a drive to Valencia 1.5 hrs away, visit the Oceanographic (Spanish seaworld) or historic city. (Take a bus tour they are only about 10 euros and well worth it)

Prices per week from £150, thats only £25 per person per week on 6 sharing.

Start the trip on which day you like, no Saturday to Saturday limits.

Additional fee payable for cleaning at end of stay of £50 no matter how long you stay.

A deposit would be required of £100 to reserve and confirm booking.

Bedrooms

Two Double bedrooms and one twin bedroom easily accommodate six people, with one master bedroom with en-suite facilties. All bedrooms offer a terrace to sit out in the sun, and plenty of wardrobe space.

Bathrooms

A house shower room provides additional facilities, from the main corridor.
From the master bedroom en-suite facilties include a Jacuzzi bath and multi jet shower.

Living room

Two settes offer comfort whilst watching Tv or from a selection of DVD’s. A six seater pine table and chairs offers alternative dining from the table in the large kitchen

Kitchen

The kitchen has a cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, and a table and 4 chairs. The kitchen leads off to an inner court yard that adjoins the twin bedroom

Other rooms

The property has full hot & cold aircon in each room, and additional oil filled radiators if so required (but not from April onwards !!!). Portable stand up fans in each room provide additional cooling
