The seven stylish Studio Apartments are located a minute walk from Old town, 20 meters from the Adriatic sea and only few steps from a swimming beach. They have been completely renovated and modernized with contemporary furnishings and fittings. Still conveniently located not far from the Stradun and Dubrovnik main attractions, they offer a quieter reprieve to the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. Bedrooms

The MirÓ studio is all one space but has been cleverly separated to give the feeling of two distinct living spaces. As well as that the bedroom consists of a wall bed system that allows for an extension of the living space.

Bathrooms

The bathroom is design from top to bottom; italian design sink and shower units… fantastic! It comes with fresh towels ready for use upon arrival

Living room

The living room comprises of two comfortable dark coloured relax chairs, cable TV and DVD player and is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day sightseeing! The studio has air-conditioning (hot and cold) throughout to make your stay enjoyable whatever the season and there is wireless internet for the business traveller or for catching up with family back home.

The kitchen is on par with the rest of the apartment, totally new, sleek and modern, and comes fully equipped with everything to make your visit a hassle free one…

Suitability

The studio apartments are spread on 3 floors, 2 studios on each floor except one studio on the ground floor. There is no elevator. It can be very convenient for larger group up to 14. Please note that the 7 studios come with a double bed. No twin bed possibilitiy.
