Description

This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 comfortably. It comes equipped with everything you would expect from a property of this calibre. Located next to the golf club and town centre but far enough away to be a quiet haven, it is 20 paces from the pool: no need to traipse back and forward with everything you might need for a leisurely afternoon. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a large terrace with your own private Jacuzzi hot tub, a table and four chairs and two sun loungers. All you need supply is your own G and T! Unfortunately we must ask that you do not smoke in this apartment although we welcome children & well behaved pets.

Bedrooms

The apartment has two newly fitted bedrooms. In one room, the beds can be joined to make a double bed or separated to make twin beds (if you are not that friendly with your holiday companion!) and the second room has twin beds. There are capacious double fitted wardrobes in each room and windows to air the rooms. The living room also has a bed settee which will comfortably sleep 2.

Bathrooms

As well as a shower, there is a relaxing Jacuzzi bath to allow you to pamper yourself before going out for that special occasion. There are, of course, the usual continental refinements in a typical 4 piece bathroom suite.

Living room

A beautifully appointed room with a corridor to rooms and bathroom, access to the kitchen and patio doors to the large terrace and small private garden. It is furnished with a leather suite, including a bed settee, dining table and 4 chairs, 32“tv with satalite, dvd and coffee table with lamp. There is an internal telephone to make resort bookings.

Kitchen

This is a self catering apartment with a fully equipped kitchen which includes a cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble drier, and of course a cork screw and tin opener. It also has air conditioning for those sweltering days and heating for the cooler evenings.

Other rooms

The kitchen is appointed to the highest standards allowing self-catering for when you feel like staying at home to lounge on the terrace or by the pool. Linen and towels are provided, but a washing machine /tumble drier is available in case you need it.

Description of amenities

El Valle is situated in a valley with mountains as a back drop, one of Polaris most prestigious golf resorts. A free shuttle bus runs throughout the day to take you to the other Polaris resorts of La Torre and Mar Menor, enabling you to play golf, or to simply enjoy their facilities, taking advantage of the bars and restaurants that can be found there. Being in southern Spain, Murcia enjoys approximately 315 days a year of glorious sunshine, and is purported to be the healthiest part of Europe.

Suitability

This apartment is perfectly situated to offer access to a variety of pastimes. For those not into Golf then you can enjoy the region’s top quality blue flag beaches and coves, such as Los Alcazares & Torreviecha, which are only 20 minutes away by car. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy lots of unspoiled Spanish culture. The city of Murcia is also only 20 minutes way by car.
