Description

The modern, fully equipped villa is set in a natural, very quiet mediterranean surrounding. Enjoy the bright rooms, sit by the fireside in the winter, take a walk through the garden, relax in or by the sunny private pool (8×4), browse a book inside the warm and cosy terrace (porche) which is equipped with a brand-new flexible glass-curtain, or simply sip a glass of red Rioja wine and watch the sun go down behind the Sierra Bernia mountains. It is all yours.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a king-size four post bed. There are elegant, in-built white wardrobes with enough space for clothing. From the balcony you can watch the coastline.
In the second room on the first floor you will find a large, comfortable fold out sofa bed, which comfortably sleeps two adults. There is a sea-view-balcony as well.
On the ground floor you will find the second master bedroom, even with an en-suite bathroom next to it. There is a stunning view of the coastline as well.
All the three bedrooms are equipped with mosquito protection windows which allow you to leave the windows open at night and enjoy the cool breeze, even in the hot summer time.

Bathrooms

Each of the bathrooms is provided with a round, elegant glass shower, a bidet and two individual wash basins. One hair dryer is provided.
There is even a cold and warm shower outside next to the pool, which is very much appreciated by our guests.

Living room

There is an open porch in the kitchen which leads you to the dining-and living-room area.
The dining room provides six chairs around a large table. In the adjacent living room you can relax on a leather sofa or in one of the two leather fauteuils, either reading a book, listening to music (radio-hifi-cd-combination) or watching TV (big LCD-screen). In the autumn or winter period you might enjoy the cosy and warm fireplace.

Kitchen

There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave, frezzer/fridge combination
and all the facilities which make cooking a real experience (even for men!). From the kitchen you can easily overlook the pool area, (which is important if you travel with kids).

Other rooms

From both dining-and living room there is an easy acces to a large and partly covered patio area (with new flexible glass curtains) which invites you to relax in our new lounge furniture or enjoy your breakfast and meals at a round modern glass table.

Linen and cleaning arrangements are available (14 Euros per person)
Final cleaning done by our houskeepers: 80 €
Cleaning of the pool is done regularly every Monday. It is free of charge.
Deposit against theft or damage: 300 €

Swift broad-band internet flat-rate and fixed phone are available for only 15 Euros per week. Your personal phone charges are an extra.

Suitability

Ideal home for couples or families with kids.
Nearest small shopping centre only some streets further down at La Tabeira (PALCO Supermarket with butcher´s, bakery, newsagent…).
