Description

The house is on 2 floors on a traffic-free road right in the heart of this medieval hill top town in southern Le Marche. It is c. 100 square metres in size and provides clean, modern, and comfortable accommodation in a perfect location for exploring both the coast and the mountains of this beautiful region. Its position at the upper end of the historic town centre means that your balcony and your main bedroom command spectacular countryside views with the sea in the distance. You are close to all the amenities and only 30 minutes from the Adriatic beaches and the Sibillini Mountain National park. The house has recently been renovated and redecorated. It also has new furniture and a new bathroom with bath/shower over.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 with king-size double bed, storage and countryside and sea views.
Bedroom 2 with twin bunk beds and chest of drawers.
Interconnecting room with extra single bed/cot if required.

Bathroom fully tiled in onyx tiles with Italian glass inlay, bath/shower over, wc and handbasin with shower socket and illuminated mirror.

Living room

Sunny, open-plan living room with kitchen/diner. New IKEA 3 seater sofa and easy chair, TV and DVD player, CD player/radio, table and chairs. Access to the sunny balcony. Wood stove with basket of logs provided

Kitchen

Modern kitchen/diner with new fridge/freezer, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and electric oven.

Other rooms

The 2 bedrooms upstairs are separated by a reading room with extra single bed or cot facility as required.

Personal linen is included, but please bring your own beach towels.
Gas and electricity and a final cleaning are included in the weekly price. Small central heating supplements in winter
We are flexible about arrival and departure days, to take advantage of low-cost flights, and we are happy to advise on flights and carhire.
