A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa which boasts spectacular views of the Sierra Mijas and has all the facilities you need for an unforgettable and relaxing holiday. All rooms are stylishly furnished, the bedrooms sleep six people and a sofa bed in the lounge will accommodate another two. Air conditioning/heating keeps the house cool in summer and warm in those cooler evenings. The house has a private patio and garden and private car parking.
The house is in an excellent position, situated on the edge of a Seve Ballesteros designed Golf Course, it has the advantage for golfers of being close to the course, but at the same time is ideal for families who want a quiet relaxing holiday. Surrounded by landscaped gardens with a shared swimming pool. There are several restaurants including a 4 star hotel within walking distance and many others locally. Ideal for golfers, families, walkers, horse riders and people who simply want a secluded break, but close enough to beaches and nightlife

Bedrooms

The master bedroom overlooks the garden and has a large balcony with a table and seating for 4 – excellent for watching the sunset and having that evening drink. Large wardrobe and a en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, with easy access to another bathroom, which has large walk in shower. It also has sliding patio doors which has access to the balcony.The third bedroom also has 2 single beds and wardrobe space. Downstairs in the lounge there is a large fold out sofa bed which comfortably sleeps two adults.

The en suite bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, wash basin and large mirror. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, wash basin and large mirror, the third bathroom is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet, wash basin and large mirror. All bathrooms are fully tiled

Living room

The lounge is large, bright and spacious and leads out through patio doors to a patio, with table and chairs and the garden. There is a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed if needed. The lounge also has the dining area with seating for 6 people. There is also a TV with Sky and a DVD player, with a variety of DVD’s and CD’s

Kitchen

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen, with all appliances, cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, plus all small appliances including radio and CD player. Breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is also a utlity room with washing machine and drying area

Description of amenities

The villa is just 5 minutes from Alhaurin el Grande, 10 minutes from Mijas famous for it’s donkeys and typical Spanish Pueblo, 15-20 minutes from the beaches of Fuengirola nd Torremelinos, and 25 minutes from Marbella and Puerto Banus . Alhaurín el Grande which is only 4km away overlooks the Guadalhorce valley, rich with olive and orange groves. It has all the typical facilities of a small friendly Spanish town, supermarkets, shops, banks, cash machines, bars & restaurants serving a whole range of food, everything to tickle the taste buds. Many cultural activities take place here like the jazz flamenco festival and fair in June and processions in Semana Santa (Easter). The Sierra Nevada mountains and the famous Alhambra Palace in Granada are only an hour and half drive away. The lively resort of Benalmadena is only 15 minutes away, which has a wide variety of entertaiment, including the theme park, Tivoli World, a water theme park and a mountain cable car.

Suitability

The villa is suitable for all ages, the swimming pool, is only 20 metres away. Although the villa is situated on a golf course, (which is ideal for golfers) the setting is very tranquil and peaceful and is set in stunning country side which makes it ideal for a really relaxing holiday, but close enough to lively reosrts, such as Torremelinos and Marbella.
