Bedrooms
The master bedroom (with double bed) and second bedroom (with twin beds) are situated on the first floor of the property, each having its’ own private sun terrace. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, with a safe in the master bedroom.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor, has twin beds with an adjacent bathroom and W.C.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom is situated on the first floor and has a bath, shower, vanity basin, bidet and W.C. The second is a shower room/WC adjacent to the ground floor bedroom.
Living room
The living room has two large settees one of which is a double bed settee, 32” Flat Screen television with Sky, large dining table with 6 chairs, and sideboard. The patio doors open on to the sun terrace and garden area which overlooks the 11th fairway of the golf course.

The well appointed kitchen is very well equipped with all modern appliances

The kitchen has an ample utility area complete with washing machine, tumble drier and drinks fridge.
Local activities
The nearest town is Algorfa, which is only 5 minutes away by car, where all basic necessites can be found.
The city Murcia is only 40 minutes away by car as is the city of Alicante. The major resort of Torrevieja is also only 15 minutes away.

Getting there
You can fly to either Alicante which is 30 minutes to the north via the AP7 motorway (or 40 minutes taking the coast road), or you can fly into San Xavier Airport (Murcia) which is 30 minutes to the south.
Car hire is recommended and is readily available at either airport, although we do recommend that you prebook before you travel.
