This beautiful totally renovated traditional stone built cottage with its tranquil and delightful gardens is set in rural France with traditional fruit farms all around with an abundance of wild birds and river wild life as we are only a stone throw from the river Lot which runs behind the cottage which makes this a must for any keen fisherman and also the bike path runs right passed us so what better way to see true France With many historical villages towns, castles and caves in this region this makes the ideal location for a perfect holiday.

Bedrooms

The bedrooms are two large doubles and a double bedroom with two single beds we also have a cot if needed we supply all the bed linen with it being changed once a week

Bathrooms

There are two bath rooms both with separate shower cubical and the upstairs bathroom also consist a bath

Living room

The living area and dinning area are bright and airy( with sky T.V )with double French doors leading out to the court yard and another door that leds out to a lovely garden that looks over the farm land and a private path for you to walk down to the river Lot

Kitchen

In this beautiful well thought out renovated cottage every thing has been considered with a fabulous fully fitted oak kitchen which includes a washing machine, dishwasher oven, convection/micro oven and hob, there is a door out to BBQ area with table and chairs which looks over to our superb salt water swimming pool nestled amongst the delightful flower beds with its lighting around the pool and electricity so you can enjoy your evenings by the pool as well.

We provide all the bed linen. At the End of your stay cleaning of the Petit maison de caday’s-if required is 70euro’s- so please leave the property as clean as you find it.
