Casa Marie is one of 4 recently completed attached villas each with their own private pool. They are securely set in their own gated and landscaped grounds. Located on the edge of the village, less than 300m from the famous cliff walk to Burgau and 1.3km to the village centre and sandy beach of Praia da luz. 6km east is Lagos a walled medieval town, full of history and unspoilt charm mixed with a modern marina and fabulous beaches. West is Vila do Bispo and the Atlantic coast favoured by many top surfers. Praia da Luz attracts the visitor who prefers a more low key and relaxing break. Plenty of good restaurants and bars are available in the village and an even bigger choice can be found in Lagos, something for everyone.

Bedrooms

Master bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lockers and reading lamps. South facing doors opening on to poolside patio. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside locker, reading lamps and south facing patio doors opening onto pool side area.

Bathrooms

En suite to master bedroom has a double shower containing toilet, bidet and marble vanity bar.
Main bathroom has full bath/shower, toilet, bidet and marble vanity bar with hairdryer.

Living room

Comfortable bright and airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to furnished spacious south and west balconies. LCD flatscreen TV with DVD and sky satellite FTV channels, 1 two seater and 1 three seater sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs.

Kitchen

Fully equipped modern s/s appliances, oak units and granite worksurfaces, contains, cooker, gas/electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

Other rooms

6m x 4m south facing private pool with sun loungers and brollies. Patio furniture also provided on all other patios and terraces. Barbecue located on large upstairs patio area adjacent to kitchen dining area to maximise the outdoor eating experience.

Description of amenities

The villa is fully equipped for 4 people including all towels and linen. Twice weekly maid service, linen changed once a week towels twice a week. Beach and pool towels not provided.

Suitability

Praia da Luz has developed from an historic fisherman’s village into a small friendly holiday resort. Suited to families both young and old. Facilities include, supermarkets, cinema, bank, post office, doctor (English speaking) dentist and many interesting shops, restaurants and bars to suit all tastes.
