With a lovely pool shared with the Condominium, and a children’s play area this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets can be found just a short walk away in Alvor and also in nearby Portimao. The beaches (the nearest one 1.6km away) are fantastic with bars and restaurants on each one and with sun shades and loungers available for hire.

Master bedroom with Queen size bed, en-suite. Patio doors leading onto terrace. Second bedroom has twin beds with patio doors leading onto terrace.
Also 2 sofabeds in the lounge.

Bathrooms

Main bathroom is fully tiled to high standard with WC, bidet, wash basin with shelves and storage. Spa bath with power shower.
The en-suite to the master bedroom is fitted similarly but with a standard bath and power shower.

Living room

Very spacious lounge and dining area with 2 × 3 seater sofas. Stereo system, TV with a number of European and English speaking channels. Small selection of CD’s DVD’s and board games.

Kitchen

High standard fitted kitchen with built-in appliances, washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, plus dishwasher. Patio doors to terrace.
