Description
Welcome to our new luxury second floor apartment ready for 2008. This 2 bedroom apartment with adjoining ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning (hot/cold) is located in a friendly secure development at El Rincon, Alameda del Mar, by Playa Flamenca on the Oriehula Costa, Southern Costa Blanca, Spain..
The apartments comprises a comfortable lounge/dining area with sofa, dining table and chairs, English cable TV, (BBC, ITV sport and movies), wi-fi connection for broadband (bring your laptop). Patio doors lead to a generous sunny balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool (as shown in the photo above) and landscaped gardens, ideal for your relaxation and dining al fresco. You can sit on the balcony and watch your children in the pool.
Further the private apartment has a personal shaded parking bay, right next to the lift which will bring you straight up to our floor, which is great when it’s hot and you have to carry some shopping in!! Access into the community of residences is via an electronic key fob situated at the electronic gates into the site. The apartment would probably suit the less able.
It’s a short walk to local blue flag beaches, excellent choice of restaurants, shops bars & amenities (Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre / Plaza). There are two supermarkets a short walk away. It’s a 10 minute drive to 3 championship golf courses. 10 minute drive to Torrevieja. 25 minutes to Murcia airport, 45 minutes to Alicante airport.

Bedrooms
The Master bedroom has a luxury double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, air conditioning (hot and cold). Patio doors to balcony overlooking the gardens and pool and a walk in ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has good quality twin beds, (they could be put together to make a double) a wardrobe, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and ensuite bathroom.
Bathrooms
Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, the master bedroom has a bath, with shower over, WC, bidet and mirror backed wash bason. The secondary bedroom hasa similar bathroom but with a walk in shower rather than the bath.
Both bathrooms have under floor heating.
Living room
The comfortable lounge/dining area has a large sumputious sofa sofa, dining table and chairs, English cable TV on a 32” LCD TV, (BBC, ITV sport and movies). DVD player and hi-fi also provided. Wi-fi connection. Patio doors lead to a generous sunny balcony overlooking the communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens, ideal for your relaxation and dining al fresco. You can sit on the balcony and watch your children in the pool.
Kitchen
The open plan kitchen area is well equipped for four guests with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooker and washing machine. A utility room with iron and board, also provides storage area for cases and golf equipment etc.
Along with a wash basin for cleaning buckets and spades etc.
Description of amenities
The apartment is very versatile suiting either a family with up to two children, eldely couples or parties of golfers. The area is a popular lcoation only a short drive to the very cosmpolitan town of Torrevieja. The location is ideal for Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports both serviced by budget airlines.
Suitability
Being close to shops / restuarants and having a lift near to the front door – does suit the not so mobile, however not suitable for wheelchairs as doors are standard widths.
Local activities
Beaches close by.
Chose of two on site swimming pools.
Golf ~ (3 excellent golf course a short drive away i.e. Villamartin, Campoamor, Las Ramblas and more further along the coastline).
Shopping locally and further afield.
Go karting, sailing, powerboating, scuba diving and horse riding available in the area.
A great tour base for this fantastic area of Spain.

25 minutes to Murcia airport, 45 minutes to Alicante airport.
Car hire is not necessary but having one does open up the facilities of the Costa Blanca.
